Our Service Offering
 What we do at Brennan’s Office Interiors typically falls into three steps and follows the project process used by most architects and interior designers with one slight difference – we focus on the application of furniture in the environment. We make sure your furniture decisions integrate with your building, culture, brand, and budget.
Step 1 - Pre-Design
This is the time to gather information. We meet with you and your representatives to discuss project goals and to gather requirements.
Step 2 - Design Development
Ideas are explored and concepts tested. Drawings show you adjacencies of departments, people, and support areas. You get to see actual workstation designs. Selections will be made and presented for all of the products used on your project.
Step 3 - Project Documentation
All product selections are documented. Simultaneously, the plans are turned into furniture installation drawings noting the type, size, and placement of every piece of furniture on the project. If your product selections involve electrical components, we note recommended access points and make sure they coordinate with the building systems.
